The floodlights at The Carya are set high enough to be able to follow the flight of the ball just as you would if playing in daylight. The experience feels surreal as the floodlights turn night into day. 

During the busy golfing season, the day extends to almost 18 hours giving as many people as possible the opportunity of playing this popular championship course. And in the hot summer months of July & August an early morning or late evening round is more comfortable. 

From Autumn through Spring, teeing up before breakfast in the morning before the sun rises allows players to complete their round early. If travelling with non-golfers and young family, this leaves them free to spend the rest of the day together. Or conversely after a relaxing day, enjoy an early dinner followed by a round of golf before bed.

Playing under floodlights is a very new experience for golf in Europe and is a ‘must do’ at least once in a lifetime.
